1. About This Site
This website, leman4mt.org (the "Site"), is operated by Greg Leman for Montana (the "Campaign"), the campaign committee for Greg Leman, Republican candidate for Montana House District 60. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape or harvest data in bulk, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
3. Donations
Campaign contributions made through the Site are processed by Anedot, a third-party payment processor, and are subject to Anedot's own terms and privacy policy. Contributions are governed by Montana campaign finance law, including eligibility requirements and contribution limits. Contributions are not tax deductible.
4. Social Media and X (Twitter) Integration
The Campaign maintains accounts on third-party platforms, including X (formerly Twitter) at @grillnggreg. The Campaign may use the X API to publish Campaign content to X and to retrieve and display public X content, such as posts and engagement information, on the Site or in Campaign materials.
X content displayed on or through the Site remains the property of its original authors and of X Corp., and is used in accordance with the X Developer Agreement and Policy. Content that is deleted from X, or made private by its author, will be removed from the Campaign's displays. Your use of X itself is governed by X's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not by these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party content, all content on the Site — including text, images, and graphics — is the property of the Campaign. You may share links to the Site freely. Third-party content, including content sourced from X, belongs to its respective owners.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party platforms and services (such as X, Facebook, YouTube, Nextdoor, Instagram, and Anedot). The Campaign is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Campaign will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
