1. Who We Are
This website, leman4mt.org (the "Site"), is operated by Greg Leman for Montana (the "Campaign"), the campaign committee for Greg Leman, Republican candidate for Montana House District 60. This policy describes what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
2. Information You Provide
If you sign up to volunteer or contact the Campaign, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, and area of interest. If you donate, your payment information is collected and processed by Anedot, our third-party donation processor, under its own privacy policy; donor information is also reported where required by Montana campaign finance law.
3. Information Collected Automatically
The Site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source. Links to the Site from Campaign materials may include a tracking code that tells us which outreach effort brought you here. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.
4. Information from X (Twitter) and Other Platforms
The Campaign uses the X API to publish Campaign content to X and to retrieve public X content — such as posts, public profile information, and engagement metrics — related to the Campaign's account and Montana issues. This content is used only to operate, display, and measure the Campaign's public presence.
We do not access private messages or non-public account information. We do not sell X data or share it with third parties except the service providers that host and operate the Site. We handle X content in accordance with the X Developer Agreement and Policy, including removing content from our systems and displays when it is deleted or made private on X.
5. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to communicate with supporters and volunteers, coordinate Campaign activities, measure the effectiveness of Campaign outreach, improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations, including campaign finance reporting.
6. Sharing of Information
The Campaign does not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help operate the Site and the Campaign (such as our hosting provider, Google Analytics, and Anedot), when required by law — including campaign finance disclosure requirements — or to protect the rights and safety of the Campaign or others.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain supporter information for the duration of the Campaign and as required by law, and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from Campaign emails at any time using the link in any message, control cookies through your browser, and contact us to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to record-keeping requirements under campaign finance law.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and the Campaign does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Questions may be directed to Greg Leman for Montana, PO Box 494, Gallatin Gateway, MT 59730, or by email to .
